授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives |
This course aims to: (1) build students’ confidence in English writing skills: from sentence to paragraph (2) improve students’ skills in academic writing strategies: organized and logical (3) build students’ confidence in editing their work This course focuses on improving students’ "vocabulary," "grammar" and "writing" skills, as stated in DP 2. Overall objectives are for students to acquire the basics of "written productive skills," as stated in the CP. |

授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course |
This class is continued from the spring semester. Chapters 8-14 of the textbook will be used in the fall semster. Feedback will be provided to students in the form of written comments from the teacher. Peer editing is an aspect of this class. Students are expeced to turn in homework and written work on time. | ||||||||||

Students will be expected to: - spend 30 minutes before class reading the textbook and preparing for the class. - spend 30 minutes after class doing the assiged exercises. |
